I am a computer technician and I have been trying since Tuesday morning (02FEB2010) to find out the mail server settings for an Iburst customer. I sent an email on Tuesday afternoon to the support address on the Iburst website - all I have received so far is an auto-responder informing me the I am a valued customer! Right!! It is now more than 48 hours since I sent my email requesting assistance and I still have had no response. I have tried phoning Iburst - the phone is left unanswered. On their website they want you to phone Dial a Nerd for technical support. This is a money-making racket! I SUGGEST ANYBODY CONSIDERING USING IBURST AS AN ISP RECONSIDER VERY QUICKLY. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY, NOT PROVIDING YOU WITH AN INTERNET CONNECTION OR EMAIL.
